Rather than cancel the Michael Jackson This is it concert 50 dates why not put on a Michael Jackson tribute concerts in its place.
I am finding it really hard to accept that Michael is gone he is the king of Pop the man who I grew up listening to. A fantastic entertainer, who got the world dancing. No matter who you are whether you are young or old you will know a Michael track and have felt touched by him.
My biggest regret is that I never saw him perform live and now he is gone. I was planning to go to the THISISIT concert and would like to pay my respects and say goodbye to the greatest performer ever. He is responsible for some of the great performers and musicians we have today and that is in their own words. They feel they owe a lot to MJ.
I feel that it would not be a big ask to get some celebrities together to perform some of the dates MJ was set to perform and do tributes to the one and only. I have seen a few of them do performance for MJ before and I think this would be a great way to say goodbye. Not only a way for grieving fans to say bye but also for the musicians to say thanks and goodbye.
I personally would be willing to pay extra to make this happen. Although I feel if the celebs all stand by what they have said they would not be looking for payment to take part. I would even go so far as to pay extra to be given to the Jackson family in memory of Michael. Like the tribute song says “we are all Jackson kids” and we owe Mrs Jackson she created a star like no other.
So lets get together all the fans of Michael Jackson lets say goodbye in a way that would make him proud and have a tribute concert for him. Please let me know your suggestions for artists you think would be interested. If you know any promoters or people that can help this situation please pass this on. Lets get together and celebrate the music of the king of pop. A concert for Michael we love you…..
